Brown's is offering a one-off exclusive and intimate dining experience at Charlie's with Adam Byatt. You are invited to the hotel for dinner cooked and hosted by Adam Byatt himself.
Adam and his team will personally host the dinner for just twenty people, talking through each course and answering questions on Charlie’s philosophy of cookery, together with the menu choice and why British produce is so special. This dinner celebrates all things British from plate to palate, with an incredible pairing of English wines.
