For the fourth consecutive year Bond Street, in partnership with the Royal Academy of Arts, launched Art in Mayfair, a six-week celebration of art, fashion and culture.

Art in Mayfair 2021 was bigger and bolder than ever before, with the famed ateliers of Savile Row taking part for the first time! The celebration ran from 2 September to 17 October, and visitors to Mayfair were able to immerse themselves in art, as flags, sculptures and events, transformed Bond Street into a vibrant gallery.

Globally renowned British artist and Royal Academician Gary Hume RA, created a series of more than 30 dynamic flags, which adorned Bond Street. The street itself was also transformed; large-scale sculptures usually exhibited in some of Mayfair’s world-renowned galleries found new homes along Bond Street and everyone was invited to enjoy this inspiring gallery without walls.

Some of the area’s best-loved brands also took part, presenting spectacular window displays and exhibitions, surprises and showcases. The Row presented a wealth of collaborations, showcasing its unique relationship with contemporary artists, as well as its rich art heritage.

This fantastic collision of art and fashion also coincided with the RA’s Summer Exhibition and Frieze - making Autumn in London the perfect place to celebrate creativity and art in all its forms!
