An Exotic Easter
This Easter, celebrate the Bank holiday weekend in the depths of the Amazónico jungle.
Let the iconic Asado take centre stage of your long weekend - a feasting platter of slow-roasted leg of lamb and black mint-marinated Costilla Huacatay, alongside Brazilian-inspired Espetada and Chilean Seabass Anticucho.
Begin with Ensalada Amazónica, Aguachile, and Hamachi Maki, before finishing with Cumbaru - a tonka mousse with white coffee ice cream, Brazil nuts, and Easter eggs. And take a little piece of the jungle home with a box of traditional Brazilian Brigadeiros.

Indulge in a long weekend, La Dolce Vita style at Il Gattopardo.
Celebrate Easter traditions in the heart of Mayfair with the Il Pranzo di Pasqua - a generous Easter feast, designed to be shared family-style.
Begin with a spread of Antipasti from the Crudo Bar: Gamberi with Tropea onion and agrodolce dressing, grilled asparagi with truffle honey and Parmesan, and a gorgeous Torta Pasqualina - the classic Easter spinach and ricotta pie, finished with a poached egg and paprika hollandaise.
For Primi, Il Gattopardo's take on a classic oven-baked lasagna, layered with black Angus ragù and 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano followed by traditional slow-roasted leg of Lamb with mint jus, or grilled sea bream, prawns, mussels and squid is a must.
Conclude with the sweetness of Dolci di Pasqua: Pastiera Napoletana or Colomba.
