The Connaught’s Helene Darroze Restaurant Awarded Third Michelin Star

The Connaught Restaurant Dining

French Chef Hélène Darroze has been awarded the highly prestigious third Michelin star at her eponymous restaurant ‘Hélène Darroze’ at the legendary Mayfair hotel The Connaught.

Darroze has created a loyal following for her restaurant by creating a menu that combines traditional French produce with British ingredients. Her restaurant opened at The Connaught in 2008 and impressed so much that she gained her first Michelin star only six months after. Her second Michelin star was awarded in 2011.

“It is with immense emotion and honour that I receive this award….Believe in your dreams – everything is possible, and stay true to your femininity!”
