From a London Season-inspired afternoon tea to world-class cuts over charcoal, The Biltmore Mayfair is embracing summer with three distinctive dining experiences.
An afternoon delight
There are few traditions more synonymous with the British summer than The London Season. This year, The Foliage Lounge celebrates its most iconic moments with a limited-edition afternoon tea.
Available until 30 September, the experience pays tribute to Royal Ascot, Wimbledon and Silverstone through four beautifully crafted desserts, from the floral Millinery Choux to the indulgent Podium, inspired by Britain's most famous race circuit. Served alongside classic finger sandwiches, warm scones and fine teas, it is a quintessentially Mayfair way to spend a summer afternoon.
A signature steak
At Grill 88, the philosophy is simple: exceptional ingredients, cooked over charcoal with precision. Michelin-trained Chef Luis Campos' new summer menu showcases the very best in global beef, including Kagoshima A4 Wagyu, A5 Kobe and Lake District Native cuts, alongside refined starters such as Wagyu tartare with smoked caviar and glazed scallops with XO lemongrass sauce.
For larger gatherings, signature sharing dishes from the Applewood-Braised Thor Hammer to whole lamb and suckling pig, transform dinner into an occasion.
A global menu
Open from lunch through to dinner, Café Biltmore continues to deliver a menu that feels both cosmopolitan and effortless. Summer highlights include Burratina with melon and St Danielle ham, roast duck and mango salad, Hyderabad chicken biryani and Wagyu beef yakisoba, alongside comforting classics and premium British produce.
Finish with Matilda's Chocolate Cake or a Tropical Orange Blossom Gateau, and linger a little longer in one of Mayfair's most versatile dining rooms.
