The crime in question: John Sullivan, a fellow card player at the Reform Club, is found lifeless, rekindling the long-forgotten mystery of the Bank of England Robbery. With suspects and an adventurous cocktail menu (each one crafted with ingredients inspired by Mr Fogg’s travels), you have one hour to uncover dark, hidden motives and unravel the secrets that lie within the polished wood-panelled walls of the Victorian Mayfair Residence. Try a Catch Me If You Can cocktail, made with Bombay Sapphire gin, Drambuie Scotch whisky liqueur, Noilly Prat Original Dry vermouth, raspberry syrup and fresh lemon juice, topped with sparkling wine; a Tip-Off Tipple, for those who like their drink like their puzzles – complex – featuring Dewar’s 12 year scotch whisky, Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino vermouth, Lazzaroni maraschino cherry liqueur, Cointreau orange liqueur and Angostura bitters; or The Invincible Suspect, a refreshing and smoky cocktail with Patrón Silver tequila, QuiQuiriQuí Matatlan mezcal, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur, orange bitters, sugar syrup, citric essence and salt.
