A Week of Italian Artistry at Il Gattopardo

Il Gattopardo

This October, Il Gattopardo, Mayfair’s restaurant inspired by the elegance of 1960s Italy, welcomes a special collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Massimo Spigaroli. From 13th–19th October, the flavours and craftsmanship of Emilia-Romagna will take centre stage in a week-long celebration of Italy’s finest traditions.

At Il Gattopardo, ingredients take the lead. The menu is a refined showcase of Italian classics, created with the season’s best produce and the artistry of Italy’s leading suppliers. Among these, few hold as much prestige as Massimo and Luciano Spigaroli’s renowned charcuterie, produced on their family estate, Antica Corte Pallavicina.

Known as the “King of Culatello”, Spigaroli is internationally celebrated for his dedication to artisanal curing methods that honour the land and its legacy. His Culatello Oro Spigaroli, a prized 24-month-aged cut, features proudly on Il Gattopardo’s à la carte menu — a symbol of craftsmanship and collaboration.

Throughout the collaboration, guests can enjoy limited-time specials crafted with Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli, including Spigaroli’s signature Culatello, delicate Herb Tortelli and Gnocchi made with Spigarolino grains, and a traditional Sbrisolona cake with warm zabaglione.

In addition, from 13th October to 30th November, diners can experience the celebrated Culatello Oro Spigaroli, paired with a glass of 2024 Sottimano Mate Rosso, for £29 — a perfect expression of Italian refinement.

Il Gattopardo’s Spigaroli dishes will be available exclusively from 13th–19th October. Reserve your table here
