A Delectable Dinner Series by Chef Adam Byatt at Charlie’s

Having opened at the end of last year at Brown’s Hotel, Charlie’s Restaurant broke out into London’s restaurant scene led by Michelin-starred chef Adam Byatt. Charlie’s is a quintessentially British restaurant, that offers an eclectic menu, highlighting some of the best ingredients in British cuisine and beyond.

For 2020, chef Adam Byatt will host a series of exclusive food and wine dinners at Charlie’s that will kick off in February. Starting with a delectable menu celebrating the most luxurious of seafood with Sea Urchins, Fine and Rare Oysters – sourced from Galicia and the British Isles, following on with a menu inspired by English Asparagus in April – showing off its capacity to lift dishes to another level by incorporating it with poached halibut and langoustines.

For June, the dinner will honour one of the UK’s finest ingredients – the English Blue Lobster and in September, the Long Legged Grouse will take centre stage with a menu celebrating this wonderful game bird that indigenous to the UK. 

For October’s dinner, guests will be treated to a menu based on The Balmoral Red Deer, sourced from the Balmoral Estate in the West Highlands of Scotland. The magnificent animals make a wonderful feasting dish that is perfect for the cooler, autumnal months. To finish off the series in December, the finale dinner will see Adam Byatt and his team present to guests a variety of dishes using both winter black and converted Umbrian white truffles in generous measures.

The quality of the produce at Charlie’s is paramount to the restaurant and is reflected in their fabulously refined menus. Each dinner will rejoice and respect the chosen ingredient and will be carefully matched with wines selected by the hotel’s head Sommelier.

This unmissable series of dinners at Charlie’s by Adam Byatt will celebrate the fabulous suppliers the Michelin-starred chef and his team use in the UK and around the World and are set to be a wonderful treat for any foodie for 2020.
